  • If the client does not provide required project details within seven days of confirmation.
  • If the project is in development, execution, or a milestone phase.
  • If a client approves an initial design, mock-up, or deliverable.
  • If ongoing services like SEO, digital marketing, or maintenance have already commenced.

Refund Processing Approved refunds may take up to seven business days to process, depending on the payment method used.
